Test the accuracy of your method to predict the winning number. If it works, then your system works. But tests over a few hundred spins tell you nothing.

I have being playing something over the last week just for a bit of fun. It has performed well so far and I am happy to share it. I have to admit that I have not done loads of testing with it. It appears pretty robust and is a conservative way to play.

First of all, you will need to pick three streets to play. I decided to choose one from each dozen.
1-3 (street 1) 13-15 (street 5) and 25-27 (street 9)
The idea works in cycles of 12 spins. I wait for one of my three streets to appear and then I will play it for the remainder of that particular 12 spin cycle. If it wins, I stop playing it for the remainder of the cycle and if it does not appear in the remaining spins of the cycle, I also cease to play it.

The best way to explain will be to show you a quick example.

1. 7
2. 11
3. 6
4. 9 Here is the first qualifier. Remember, I am looking to bet on streets 1, 5 and 9. So I will now start betting the 9 street.
5. 6
6. 4
7. 11
8. 9 Here is a winner, I have gained +8. I will stop betting the 9 street for the rest of this cycle.
9. 6
10. 3
11. 8
12. 6 So that is the end of the cycle. I never got the opportunity to bet on the 1 or 5 streets. A new 12 spin cycle is about to start. In the last 12 spin cycle, streets 1/2/5/7/10/12 did not appear at all.
13. 11
14. 3
15. 8
16. 1 Here is the first qualifier. I will now start betting the 1 street.
17. 4
18. 8
19. 2
20. 2
21. 9 Here is another qualifier. I will now start betting the 9 street.
22. 1 Here is a winner on the 1 street. That is a gain of +6. I will stop betting the 1 street now for the rest of this particular 12 spin cycle.
23. 8
24. 5 You will notice here that the 5 street appears right at the very end of the 12 spin cycle. This means that I will not be able to bet it. That  is the end of the cycle and I did not get a hit on the 9 street. So the new revised total for the 9 street is +5. In total, I am +11. Streets 6/7/10/12 did not appear at all. On to a new cycle.
25. 7
26. 8
27. 7
28. 5 Here is a qualifier on the 5 street. I will now start betting the 5 street.
29. 2
30. 12
31. 10
32. 6
33. 5 Here is a winner on the 5 street. That is a gain of +7. I will stop betting the 5 street for the rest of this particular 12 spin cycle.
34. 12
35. 11
36. 7 That is the end of another cycle. So far, the total gains are +18. Streets 1/3/4/9 did not appear at all. On to a new cycle.
37. - (0 appeared)
38. 10
39. 1 Here is a qualifier on the 1 street. I will now start betting the 1 street.
40. 12
41. 2
42. 11
43. 1 Here is a winner on the 1 street. That is another gain of +8 and takes the total profits for the 1 street to +14.
44. 4
45. 12
46. 1
47. 10
48. 11 That is the end of another cycle. The total gains are +26. Streets 3/5/6/7/8/9 did not appear at all.
I stopped playing here after 4 cycles of 12 spins. This particular session ran pretty smoothly. On occasions, you will encounter more difficult sessions.
I like to keep a running count for the three streets that I am betting. If anyone of them go into the minus, I will increase the bet by 1 unit if I am required to make a bet. Using a very conservative progression on the individual streets seems to work the oracle if I get into trouble with any of them.
The thing I like about this is that you are not continually betting the streets looking for them to come up. There will be cycles when one of the streets you are betting does not qualify at all. This will save you some chips.
Obviously where it could go wrong is if you keep getting your qualifying streets hitting in the first 3 spins of a cycle and then not hitting again. This is where you would need to implement some kind of stop loss. So far this week I have played 12 sessions and each session has being a winning one of between 20-50 units.
The highest I have got into a progression on any one particular street is 2 units. I don't normally advocate progressions but because you tend to skip a lot of spins here, it does not seem to get out of control. Not yet anyhow...... Anyhow, good luck if you decide to test this one out and try it for real.

FL,

Excellent post.

I have tested  this just a couple of times and, like you, have done well.  Played to 25 chip wins both times and never bet more than 2 chips on a street.

Seems very conservative, but highly effective.  That's seems like a good combination to me.

It's a good approach that I'm sure with some thought, can be used effectively on other bets as well, but the streets are as good as any.

Big thumbs up

In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

Thank you George, I am glad you like it.
Like I said, I have not done much work with it yet, I am sure it could be tweaked and improved no end.
One thing I noticed looking at the numbers I posted above.
After 24 spins (2 cycles) you will see that the missing streets for the second cycle were 6/7/10/12.  The missing streets from the first cycle were 1/2/5/7/10/12.
So the matchup of missing streets for the 2 cycles are 7/10/12.
Now moving on to the third cycle, the 7 street comes out on the very first spin and appears again 2 spins later for a nice 10 chip profit. The 12 street comes out on the sixth spin of the cycle and appears again 4 spins later for an 8 chip profit. The 10 street comes out on the seventh spin of the cycle and does not appear again in the remainder of the cycle for a 5 chip loss. That still leaves a profit of 13 chips playing the 7/10/12 streets in the 3rd cycle.
So it may be that a good idea for bet selection is waiting for some of the streets to be absent for a few cycles. We could call these the cold streets.
At the other end of the spectrum, we can also have hot streets. I have went back over my testing and there are many times when I have had the same street repeat for 5 cycles on the trot.
So an idea for the bet selection could be to use a combination of hot and cold rather than just picking out three random streets like I did in the example above.

cheers

GLC

FL,

I was thinking along those same lines myself.

I know some people say bet selection is like sending Santa Clause a wish list, but I always feel like it just may give us a leg up.

Your observations make sense.  I will pay attention to that in my testing when I get a chance.
