Utility for Wiesbaden spins

I've written a program which strips the formatting from Wiesbaden spins either one file at a time, or multiple files in the same directory.

When you start the program, select the option "By Timestamp" if you want to process multiple files, then click "Open File". Select a file, and the program will process every "Permanenzen" file in the same directory, in the order it was downloaded. Note that it's important to download the files in the correct sequence, so that the order of spins is preserved in the new file. ie; if you want to download a months worth of spins from the archive, make sure you start by downloading day 1, then day 2, day 3 etc.

Whichever option you choose, a single file called "spins.txt" will be created in the same directory as the Wiesbaden files.

Also, the program only works with Wiesbaden spins, and make sure you choose the option "Download mit Statistiken".
