  Figured this would be a good place to put this as it's about another online, live site where US players are accepted.

  I was planning on making a deposit to test out the facilities and payouts and the like.  As their baccarat game is a rebranded feed from Black Orchid and that feed is used by several of the online casinos, I figured it should be reasonably OK to play on and the speed is good too.

  When I got into the details of the player agreement, I had to take a step back.

  My usual method of getting money OUT of the casino is by check.  They did have this as one of the options offered but the delievery time for a withdrawal was 4-6 weeks!!!   

  That's just not acceptable at all when my normal online casino gets the check here in 5 business days.

  So, although I do have an account there, I did NOT make any deposits and probably won't until they can make a much better offer of payout times.

  If anyone else, especially US players, opens an account there, please let us know how long the actual payouts may take.

Before we can process your withdrawal we require a copy of valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) and a hardcopy of a recent utility bill (issued within the last 6 months) showing your name and address. Your government issued ID (passport or Driverââ,¬â,,¢s License) may also serve as proof of address if all details are clear, if it has not expired and if the address on the ID matches the one on your account.  This will be requested once only.  If you haven't already done so, please provide this documentation.

We accept withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we do our best to get your funds to you within the time frame specified for your chosen method.  The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 and the maximum $100,000 (some methods have lower maximums which are clearly stated in the Cashier). Members are entitled to one free withdrawal (any method) per calendar month; subsequent requests (any method) will be charged accordingly.  The methods currently available are:

Bank Wire:   Processing time: 4-6 weeks. Check or Gift Card:   Processing time: 4-6 weeks.  The maximum you may request as a check is $2500.  All checks will be sent via courier service.  When you request a check you may receive a Gift Card instead; this allows you instant access to your funds.  Unless it is your first withdrawal of the month, the fee for a check/gift card withdrawal is $40.   You must deposit all checks into your bank account within 45 days of the delivery date.  After this time, we cannot assume responsibility for any issue related to redeeming the check.  Please do not deposit several checks at the same time at your bank.

Neteller:   Processing time: 24-72 hours.  This is by far the most efficient option for us to send withdrawals to members outside the United States and Canada. Additionally, Neteller withdrawals are always free of charge. If you are eligible to use Neteller it will be listed as a withdrawal option when you login to the Cashier. You must request your Neteller withdrawal through our onsite Cashier and not via the Neteller website. If you do not have a Neteller account, please open one by going to :.Neteller.com.

Moneybookers:   Processing time: 24-72 hours.  Non-US residents may use this method to withdraw where available. Moneybookers withdrawals are always free of charge. Before you are eligible to receive a withdrawal to your Moneybookers account you must firstly have made a deposit to us via that method. You will then see Moneybookers listed as a withdrawal option in the Cashier. Note: It is not necessary that the email address on your gaming account matches that on your Moneybookers account. However, if you decide to change the email address on your Moneybookers account, you will need to contact us as our site will only allow one Moneybookers email address per gaming account.  It will also be necessary to make a deposit using your new Moneybookers account before you can withdraw.

ECOcard:   Processing time: 24-72 hours.  Non-US residents may use this method to withdraw where available.  Before you are eligible to receive a withdrawal to your ECOcard account you must firstly have made a deposit to us via that method. You will then see ECO listed as a withdrawal option in the Cashier.  Unless it is your first withdrawal of the month, the fee for an ECO withdrawal is 1% of the requested amount.

EFT (ACH/eCheck):   Processing time: 5-7 days with a possible additional 7-10 days for delivery.  This method is available for our Canadian members only.  Your bank account must be in US dollars. The maximum withdrawal is $3000. Unless it is your first withdrawal of the month, the fee for an EFT withdrawal is $30.  For verification purposes we will require your full banking details and a copy of a voided check or statement or direct debit form for your bank account.

Other methods:   Alternative payment methods may be used at our discretion.  You will be informed of these as and when they become available.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is also required before you can withdraw any funds from your account.  It is a further step in securing that only you can access money in your account.  This number was sent to you via email when you signed up but, if you have forgotten it, you can retrieve it through the secure 'MyAccount' area of the website.
