well they did beat Australia sooooo, I saw it coming, moreso when South Africa was out to New Zeland; But pakistan did put up quite a fight. Sri Lanka's campaign was very good also, but there can only be one champion!

          I think many members of this forum is from cricket playing countries and they can understand India's impact on this game. We have the biggest league of this game called IPL which is only next to NBL in terms of earnings from any sports league of the world.
