I think notto is on a good track with betting for a repeat

Non hits first RG, when we start theres 37 non hit, get the win on the nonhit then the repeats.
In gut look at this sheet. Winkels 13th 26-9-2-2 is spot on, then 25th 18/19- 14/15- 03/05  is the next spin i left the shop with the winnings so we will never know, but if i was going to bet i'd rebet the 1X+>1x as we've had 9 non hit in 14 spins

Not quite....Its theoretically sound but its a bit like being told its going to rain somewhere today
Its true....but where?
See....rare is the wrong word to use in roulette. Other results other than 24/13 are increasing SD from the mean. It means they are expected to happen but not as often as the mean
Finally....in the massive sample where we could say that we have seen 24/13 as the average on paper....all numbers will of hit very close to the same amounts of times
All E/C. All lines, streets, dozens etc.
So its no indication as to whats gonna hit.
Its just an indication of the most probable amount to hit and not hit in 37 over time
The happy ending is that it does tell us one thing.
Numbers repeat over a 37 spin cycle.

Thats not a bad idea. Try it on RX. If you read Turbos link to the forum from 2007 you see he gets accused of being an RX Jockey (a new one on me) But at least I have a name now. RX Jockey
