I've been practicing and fine tuning different methods to implement this.   1st I got to say why are so many people get upset ssooooo easily. . .  Prepared to run you down. . .  Get upset if you step out of line a little (even when thats the LAST thing you intend to do)

And I SAY THIS SYSTEM KICKS ARSE IF I HAD HALF A BRAIN i WOULD BE SELLING IT. . .

1st there are 3 different RULES to why this works. . .

1st Divide the Wheel into 2. . .  thats easy Left of ZERO right Of Zero  Know your european wheel layout. . .  I do. .  do you's. . .

2nd Rule is ALL 50/50 betting Heads tales. . .  Black Reds. . . .  High Lows. . .  FLIP a coin does it matter. . .  thats how you play this Left side of ZERO right Side of ZERO  VERY SIMPLE!!!!

So 1st off be 50/50 bets 3/4 of the time will come of twice or more. . .  RRBBBRRRBRBRR

No.  3 Your not betting on All 18 numbers. . . .   I myself chose 6-9 numbers. . .

So you get LOTS OF go's at doin it. . . .  If it lands on low black bet low black. . .  if it lands High Red. . .  bet only High red. . .  some time I chose ot cover 3/4 of high red or low black. . . (6 numbers)

No. 4 I've JUST started introducing Both sides independantly  with Red and Black. . .

No. 5  IN MY OPINION. .  your playing the 50/50 with Getting Paid 4X instead of 2X. . . .

I myself Analise how it hit one side of the wheel. . .  and with in reason I say it won't happen
on the other side. . .  so bet against it. . .

Some examples how to bet. . .

So how often does a quarted come up 3 times???  So your betting when the ball hits low black you bet on low black then let it ride again

$1 (9 bets) = 36 win = 144 win
So you can do a progression cost you $9 dollars ago and you get 14 attempts Then you can Start betting $2 a bet $2 9 bets cost $18 a spin. . .  win 72 then let it ride to win 288. . .
So you can do another 6 or so $2 bets. . .

Wait for a quarter not to quadriple for 10 spins. . .  then bet. . .

GO TO RANDOM NUMBERS and do 2000 random numbers of 1 2 3 4 which are the 4 quarters of a roulette wheel and see how often a quarted comes up 3 or more times. . .

No 2.   Bet 14 numbers so say it hits Black 2  I WON'T bet on 15 32 2 19 but bet on the rest

No. 3 Back to the principal that 50/50 bets 3/4 come up the same red red black black

So if it lands on the same side. . .  again you got EVEN ANOTHER 50/50 Game HIGH REDS LOW BLACKS. . .  But pays 4X rather that 2X 

So you have 2 tracking charts Left of Zero Right of Zero and see how it's red and black fall

R of Zero RRBBBRBBB and Left of Zero BBBBRRBB  So when the ball flips sides I stay with the same Color I can bet all 9 or be 3/4

no. 4   AGAIN i record BOTH SIdes to see how and what pattern of REDS AN BLACKS occur on the left and I'm betting that Pattern IS NOT GOING TO REPEAT IT'self on the OTHER SIDE. . .

So L of Zero may have R R B. . .  and if it comes up R R on the other side I'll bet red. . .  saying the pattern won't repeat. . .   

IT MAY REPEAT AND YOU MAY LOSE. . .  so thats the point of this system. . .  YOu get more chances and you win bigger. . .

I've combined a lot of principals doin this IE 8-15 numbers that don't show in a 37 spin set.   .    I've combined that the BALL 2/3s of the time will LAND on the same side of the wheel NOT 50/50 as the ODDS should be.   .   .    and I'm betting on less numbers I can with HIghest returns.   .   
Increase my bets when I will.   .   .    and CROSS my fingers.   .   .    I do guess to a extent but like in YOUR EXAMPLE I WOn'T BET ON Low Reds.   .   .    so that puts the odds in my favor in MY OPINION.   .   .

Look at it this way how many times does a QUARTER double up in 37 spins.  .  . 

The Last Post it came up 6 times and 1 time 3 times.  .  .  . 

So what about WAITING 2 or 3 spins then Progress betting on 9 numbers.  .  . 

Or AGAIN HOW OFTEN Does a quarter COME UP 3 times or more.  .  . 

So you can progress Bet $1 units 9 numbers and when you win you LET IT RIDE

So your betting $4 dollars on 9 numbers to win $144  meaning The 1st win you WIN $36 Let it ride on the 9 numbers $1 Bet cost 9 dollars   2nd bet cost you $36 @$4dollars on 9 numbers to win $144

You get 15 attempts for $133 @ $9dollars ago.  .  .   Then you increase the next 7 bets @ $2 dollars ago if you win let it ride.  .  .  .   you win $288
