MY AVATAR DISAPPEARED

Hi mods,
Wanted to change my avatar with one attached,but now
neither I can get back the old one nor the one in attachment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated....thk.

Top left area of forum:
Click "Profile" -> "Forum Profile Information" -> check "I have my own pic:" ->
in edit file paste:
link:://rouletteforum.cc/general-discussion/my-avatar-disappeared/?action=dlattach;attach=5755
scroll down to bottom of the page and click "Change Profile"

Did step by step as instructed....but nothing happens
when I click --enter profile--maybe something with this box
of mine.
