And not, here this is it’s locked away; if you want it then give me money.

That has never been any different since its inception. 


Its a TOOL that U pay for to USE, that will ASSIST U to win a game/session on a Live - Online Wheel.

U will pay a set fee, and the Tool will help U to win +100 units.

+100 or -100 units = 1 session.

There's nothing hidden, underhand about whats on offer here.

What Victor is offering at the Mo, is an introduction to the service to get the awareness out there.

In the meantime, if this "Offer" helps to keep this forum alive, then I for one am all for it.

And...............if U like the Tool's Service, and win more than U lose, then U will be back for more.
But the front end of any service, is the Forum itself, so we all need to keep the thing going!

Nice to see someone expressing feelings on the Froum tho.

Ok it’s not a system, it's a service . Same thing applies though.

If it's a donation then ALL members should be able to use it, and those that can afford to or are inclined to can CHOOSE to donate.

A sale is a sale mate, and this is service for sale.

Honestly, Victor would do better from heartfelt donators than from impetuous purchasers.

Barely nobody donated this month, so that "all you can eat" for donors hopefully helps.

It is actually a REWARD for people who is kind to donate and express their desire to request their pass.

There you go! once that e-commerce enabled version is out the donations buttons are gone and the forum can stand by actually selling the service with "buy now" buttons and the like and you won't hear any more pledges but rather actually see a caption in our FREE-FOR-ALL forum and downloadable software as being "Sponsored by the tipping tool"

Why so much hue and cry over tipping tool? We are or trying to be a pro gambler. Any tool or system just provides a way of playing roulette. None can ensure anything. If you like it, use it and if not, it is not trying to enter into your stomach. Victor has been running this forum selflessly unlike any other roulette forum. All others are either fraud system sellers or roulette computer sellers raking in thousands of dollars by way of cheating from innocent people across the globe. This guy(Victor) is trying to keep this forum far more healthier than others. What he is asking for is peanuts, if we see the time and efforts that he has spent into it. I could not donate due to restrictions upon paypal in India and did not use the tool either but I am sure Victor is not here to do any harm to anybody.

I most certainly do not want to harm anybody. If it proves to be a loser for everyone, then despite all the hours put on it, I'll remove it without questionThere are other ways to achieve sustainability (i.e. charging for special section access, software, coding services...) Main goal being to keep the doors open and of course, being of assistance to the community without incurring in damaging the folks.
