Progression Values for double DZ/CL Strategy ?

iv been looking into progression amounts for double DZ/CL strategy, base on a trigger method that allows me to play 20-25% thus not a hit and run  strategy. 

i know people like to use 1-4-15-200-600 or 1-3-10-30-100, but personally dont like these progression values because give you a low overall return in comparison to your accumulative spend.

i think with a 20-25% play/spin percentage i like 1-5-15-40-150

what do you think ?
