This method is not new but have been making profit with it, so thought I would share it.
On a single zero European wheel, LIVE spins ONLY. Repeat: DO NOT USE with  computer  controlled  RNG
USE FOR LIVE ROULETTE WHEEL ONLY.
Firstly, we divide the wheel into three equal sectors. Top, Right and Left.
       LEFT                                  TOP                               RIGHT       9  18  24  33                       3  12  15  21                     6  27  30  36
  5  14  20  29                       2  26  32  35                     8  11  17  23
  1  16  22  31                       4   7  19  28                    10  13  25  34
All sectors have four numbers in each column.
Best to add zero to TOP sector, as it is located there, but it is up to you. If you record numbers  as they appear, noting the sector to which they belong, you should notice that sectors repeat  frequently. So after two or three spins without a repeat, now without betting, observe how soon  there IS a repeat of any sector. Any suitable progression can be used, eg. 1,1 2 3 5 etc.
Suggestions and ideas to improve this method are welcome.

Tried, tested and failed. Just pick any 5 numbers to bet on. I suggest 0,5,18,21 and 27 O0
