Ignatus....Im feeling all Philosophical today lol

Progressions.

Imagine you are behind a truck full of small stones. Theres a few left where it was parked and you decide to throw one in. Its easy, the trucks 10 foot away. You miss, and its moving away. "Hmm"...you throw again and miss again now its 20 foot, and you miss again...so you really thow it with determination now its 30 foot away, and miss....and you miss at 100 foot.....

Would you try and get it in first time if it was initially 100 foot away? No...you would deem it a silly idea.

So why were you doing then?
Because you had missed 5 times and had a point to make and your judgement was clouded.

and now my brain has overheated.

Turner. Sry for my bad english but i don't understand at all what you're trying to say? :/ Perhaps you are a more experienced player, and your advice would mean something. But I cannot agree. Roulette is a game of chance, and progressions are used when the "bad luck" happens. OK a dozen/column may repeat for 5-8 times if you are VERY unlucky, but... what are the chances for a dozen/column to repeat 10-15 times?? I never seen that happen. So, I believe progression *can* be used with this method...

I was only happy when my result was extraordinary good, so i liked to share this strategy. Furthermore, I said "I can be lucky for 20 or 40 spins perhaps, but i CAN'T be lucky for 80 spins" that's against all logic and common sense! Usually you win after 1st or 2nd bet. If this method would not work result would be otherwise.

Nothing is 100% safe ofcourse and roulette is a game of chance. Only flaw with this system if dozen/column repeat, in those cases progressions can be used. That's my opinion.

For those who like flatbetting go ahead and do that, Soggett has proven that works too!

I'd like to have ideas of different progression-ideas for this method...(or if someone could calculate a longer 4 corners progression?)

Why won't you try the method yourself Turner, and report your results? Then we can talk?.. Arguing against or for progressions leads nowhere? Some like progressions, some don't? Ofcourse there can be more clever progression-methods or less clever progressions...

I have tried many systems like this. If you are having to reach table limits for it to work...its not worked.
I stopped trying every system thats posted about 6 months ago, similar to how i stopped wearing flared jeans in the 80's :-)
Keep posting. You are a breath of fresh air.

And I love the nickname...IGNATUS.....its a cool name.

lol  ;D Thanks Turner!

Well, I hope *someone* like it, and can report some results. How can you say it don't work when you never tried it??  ;D

I can give you a probability.  How about once in 60k spins.  I only saw 9 repeats once but it would cost me around 20k units.  ;D

I will give some examples:

number 6 is hit. (1st col, 1st doz) the bet would be: Corners (13/17), (19/23), (25/29), (31/35).

number 22 is hit. (3rd col, 2nd doz) the bet would be: Corners (2/6), (8/12), (26/30), (32/36)...

Hope I got everything right, and you got my explanation!

Cheers! :D

hey ignatus,
isnt number 6 in the third column and number 22 in the first column?
could you please tell me how to play the following numbers:

1
16
32
7
11
14
29

thank you.

could you please tell me how to play the following numbers:

1     bet corners (14/18), (20/24), (26/30), (32/36)
16   loss. Bet corners (2/6), (8/12), (26/30), (32/36)
32  win. Now middle column win, so bet dozen 1,2
7    win. bet corners (14/18), (20/24), (26/30), (32/36)
11  loss. same bet (repeat in the same dozen) bet corners (14/18), (20/24), (26/30), (32/36)
14  win. Now middle column win, so bet dozen 1,3
29  win. Still middle column. bet dozen 1,2

Hope that makes it more clear!

thank you. got it and will test wiesbaden spins.  :)

I think you may find more success with this by sitting out on a hit on the 2nd column and use your 1 and 3 column as a trigger.

As for your progression, I believe you'll find this to be a very streaky method of play.  With that in mind, if you are using your progression of 1,1,2,4,7,12,22 you can do one of two things: (1) accept the loss, or (2) play using the spacing difference between hits after starting with a flat bet.

Example: LLLLW. You'd flat bet till you win.  In this case you lost 4 times.  After the win, your progression would be 4x1, 4x1, 4x2, 4x4, etc ....

Again, this is assuming that you've determined this to be a streaky bet.

Of course, a final word of caution would be to not run it into the ground.  Look for your opportunity and get out.

Hi Ignatus.

There is something that i cant understand too well.

How many units do you play in dozens according to the progression that you are applying?

Thanks!

ignatus

Sad to publish these results. :/ I had 3-4 VERY bad runs in this session, saw no point continue. :( Mind you, this was using progression (adding two numbers for each loss)....that explains the very bad losses... Results speaks for itself.

Flatbetting would be slower, but much safer.... :(

we've all been there mate. pinning our hopes on a method, only to see it crash and burn.
keep looking.
during your failed test, did you bet two dozens when the middle column showed?
i personally wouldn't do this - as wally said further up, i'd just sit it out and wait for another trigger.
also, your progression could do with tweeking. probably be a little less aggressive.
if your idea truly has merit, then there are enough contributors on here with ideas to form it.

cheers.

Thanks ewarwoowar. :) Yes, perhaps I shouldn't give up so easy? This was my first bad result. (That progression didn't work for sure!...)

Waiting for 1st or 3rd column trigger was a good idea. :)

If someone got better result flatbetting or using any other progression I would be happy to know.

This is very similar to this  Linkback: link:://:.rouletteforum.cc/index.php?topic=10261.0

I had a play around with it but quickly stopped. Repeaters are the killer, and I hate betting against repeaters!   ;)
I was using a progression though so maybe flat betting could make it work. Though I just paper played it while working on another system and got 9 losses in a row, so that would be a big hole to climb out of.

Cheers

Only because i had ONE bad session don't mean this strategy doesn't work! Reason of my very bad session was because i used a wrong progression etc. I DID won 800 units in 80 spins the two other sessions!  >:( ...
