Should JL be banned?

Has it been that long? I thought the challenge started at the end of July. After a shaky start JL was doing pretty well but there were problems with the software, which was one of the reasons why it's taken so long.

I see the challenge thread has been re-opened. JL reckons he can double the current bank by the end of the year, how about banning him if he doesn't make that target?

As to the CEH IP thing, JL lives in London and may well use the same ISP as CEH, so I don't think it counts as proof "beyond reasonable doubt" if the area/ISP is a match.

I agree with you that if someone makes persistent claims that they are winning, and won't or can't show evidence, then this would count as 'manipulation'. But in that case, shouldn't they get a warning or two before an outright ban?

We tolerated loads, we did bombard him with questions though, at one point I accused him of being a casino employee or a shill !!

doubling the BR proves little....many of us have done that in the past with some stroke of luck.....4xBR should be the target.

In my opinion, doubling the bankroll can mean something or not.  If you bet 100 on red and win--well who here is impressed?  Ralph would call that luck!   

But if you place .5 bets, use no progression, and double that 100--well, you would have my attention.  (ugly bob's idea based on FLATman's splits is about to do that for me.)

It's not just doubling the BR, it's how you do it.

A person should not be banned, except for illegal behavior, or doing damage to any. I can not see JL did that, he just  did what many do, while publishing result, censored the not so good. They demanded proof, gave him a way, but it is not the fault of JL it were not working well.

I did never took the method seriously, but never question the result, as it is not impossible but very unlikely.

I have seen before, persons being banned because of winning claims. It is up to anybody to trust it or not, it is very hard to give proofs which stand 100%.

If his thread were full of posting, its shows people have like to investigate the method, some did and few found it bad, as as us sally they do not post anything which is not, Who lose?

Jl might have not the feet on the ground, but every in the age the can play, are adult to make theire own conclusions, as go for alllposts here. freedom of express is not limitid to be the others opinion of the true.

I accused Still of being jl. It follows a pattern. Allways did. JL gets criticism...be it being not possible in maths....or nonsensical regarding random and up  pops an advocate of all his methods with 3 posts to its name. Poor hustle in my view unless the "mark" truley Believes the scam.

The actual amount isn't what's important, this represents a gain of 400 units in around 6 weeks, using the min. stake of 5 cents. Not sure what the rule is for the max bet - superman?

Many sports bettors would be happy to make 50 units per month, so 400 in 6 weeks isn't to be sniffed at.
