Note down double streets as they hit in rows of 3 like this:

Etc

Reading horizontally, the first 2 are indicators for our bet, which is the third row.

If last 2 DS are both Odd or Even, bet for a change

If last 2 DS are switching, bet for a third switch

So if you get

3 5 these are both odd so bet for even DS

3 5 2 win

If you get

2 6 these are both even DS so bet odd

2 6 5 win

If you get

2 3 these are switching between even and odd so bet for another switch

2 3 6 win

This is an EC flat bet or mild progression method
