Do not always look at just the long run.  Short runs can be very profitable whereas long runs always fail.

When I hear people talk about H&R, I'm hearing them say they always win and then leave!  There is something to be said logging on, seeing if the numbers are running your way, and then making an informed decision about what to do next.
