Dear forum friends.  I give you the following as a good read on Thanksgiving day.  It's a response to RPro75 by one of the most respected roulette players/teachers that ever typed a word on a roulette forum.  The bet is on 5 straight up numbers which shows how to use the divisor on a bet other than even chances or dozens.  There may be a few minor errors, but they don't affect the validity of the bet presentation.

I leave the personal comments in the beginning to give you a glimpse at the kind of heart this man has.

Hi RPro75.

Let Me say straight up to You that I think You are a real good Bloke.

By sharing and helping others the best You can with what You have got.

I know that there will/can/has been some negative posts sometimes.
There always will be Mate.

I will try to encourage You with this little bit of info.
People said 2 Years + ago that Victor's Lw Method would not work.
Yet I have won 350% Profit of My starting Bank with it and other things I do in that time.
And if It had Not been for really Bad health Problems it would be a lot More Mate.

This is not a fictional thing My Friend as some would like to believe as I have met 4 and played Roulette with 3 Members of this Forum to date already.
Actually after My Specialists Appointment Tomorrow I am meeting another Member of our Forum that I have not met yet later in the day.

What I am really trying to say is that You can Only do Your Best Mate.
Just forget about the Knockers.
And Always remember Cobber that there is a lot of people that do take notice of what you are saying.

Victor’s Dream was to try & help just ONE person IF He could.
He now heads a Forum nearly 2,200 strong.

And Mate who knows there might just be something You say that sparks something off in a few others that may lead to better & bigger things for us all.

Now after saying all of that…what if You helped just ONE Person ?
Where could that lead too ?

Well let me tell you that You already have My Friend.

A very Close Friend of Mine has been playing the original 5 number System of Yours Mate.
And asked if I could help with the progression side of things.

I like You did My Best here is what Happed below.
I showed Him how to use a 35 point Divisor with a Win Target of 1 ..Like this 35/1.

You will see that it handled 17 Losses in a row Quite well and only used approx 50% of Your stating Bank at one time as Outlay on a losing run.

It has since gone 24 losses in a row….but it still Won Mate.
And I have answered My Mates questions as where I personally would bring in a safety break.

If There are any Question from You My Friend feel free to ask.

Good OnYa Mate……Keep up the Good work.

Lanky.

Ps The numbers you see at the top before betting starts is the amount of losses before a Win Comes…..Like 13= 13 losses then a W came.

Hi Mr. Clooney

GLC, would you happen to know what 5 number system he was referring to ?

Quoteoriginal 5 number System of Yours

Thanks

GLC

Buffster,

I don't know what the 5 number bet selection method was.  In my opinion, any will do.  There are two favorites among many members of this forum.  The 5 that have slept the longest for many, but not Iggiv.   Others like to bet on the 5 that have repeated most recently.

My purpose in the topic is more to show the bet progression method.  It is very versatile.  The 35 can be replaced with 30 or 25 or less for more aggressiveness.  Or it can be replaced with 40 or 50 or 70 or more for a slower paced progression.  Either way has its pros and cons.

The safety brake wasn't dealt with in this post but here's the basic idea in a nutshell.

Should you strike a losing run which seems without end, you can easily halt any rapid rise in stakes by introducing the Safety Brake.

The divisor may be six when you strike a slump which has taken the target figure to, say, 60, meaning a bet of 10 units next time.

All you do now is bring in a new divisor to add to the present one, and a fresh target. This means a new target of 12 (added to the current 60) making 72, and a new divisor of 12.

Your next bet, then, would be 72 divided by 12, equaling six.

If you were still not happy you could even bring in a third divisor of six and a third extra target of 12, making your set-up now a target of 84 divided by 18, meaning a next bet of, say, $4.50.You can also introduce new divisor/target figures when your current divisor has, say, dropped to two, with an objective, say, of $5. This calls for a $2.50 bet. Whenever the divisor is lower than three it is sensible, to protect your capital, to bring in a new divisor and objective, as this prevents stakes rising too rapidly in the event of a long losing run.

Divisor Target
2      5
Bring in new divisor
6      12
New divisor/target
8       17

As you can see, you now have a new divisor of eight and a new target of 17, giving you a next bet of, say, $2.

Why do we bring in this safety brake? Because, with a divisor of only two you Bets could climb too steeply and the situation just might become fraught with panic on your side.

The good thing about the Six Point Plan is that it provides, through the safety brakes, for a common-sense approach.

Also, you MUST win in the end! On any reasonable set of selections, you will eventually back winners whose combined total odds will wipe out the divisor and produce the desired profit.

It can be used as above for Even chances=Red, Black etc
Dozens
Columns
Lines
Streets
Splits
Even straight up numbers
In other words, every bet selection can be supported with a divisor progression

Hope that helps some.

I keep posting divisor methods because I think they are as effective as any progression and with the safety brake feature, more effective than most.  I would even go so far as to say that if you can't recover a losing streak with the divisor method, it's probably so bad that you can't recover with any betting method.  Some loss to win ratios are that bad and you just have to grind through them or take the loss.

Theoretically, using the safety brake function, you should be able to recover in all but the absolute worst situations if you have the patience and stamina.

Lanky swore to me that if you had the time, money and guts the divisor would never lose.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Also, yes, Lanky is a very respected teacher.

Let me say there are more respected members, teachers, system makers, system evaluators, and even PROGRESSIONISTS, like yourself.

Thanks to all these members ( you know who you are )

Thanks for sharing GLC.

Can you briefly explain how to play the full system (just using 5 random numbers).  I read the above but didn't really understand the full method.  Sorry if I'm being stupid/lazy.

Many thanks

Can you briefly explain how to play the full system (just using 5 random numbers).  I read the above but didn't really understand the full method.  Sorry if I'm being silly/lazy.

Many thanks

Let's use his numbers.  His first 22 spins.

His target is to reach a new profit of at least 1.  He is playing straight up numbers so his payoff is 35:1.  He is playing 5 numbers each spin.  For his first bet 1 = dividend, 35 = divisor,  .028 = quotient.  Always round up to the next whole number to determine what we will bet on each of the numbers.

L-35/(1)=1x(5)=6 Lost He bets 1 on each number and loses.  Now he needs to win his original 1 plus the 5 units he just lost so his new dividend is 6.  His new equation is 6 divided by 35 = .171 so still 1 or less.  He bets 1 unit on each number again.

L-35/6=1x5=11 Lost another 5 units so 11 is his new dividend.  11 divided by 35= .314.  Still 1 or less so he bets 1 on each number again.

L-35/11=1x5=16 lost
L-35/16=1x5=21 Lost
L-35/21=1x5=26 lost
L-35/26=1x5=31 lost
L-35/31=1x5=36 lost
L-35/36=2x5=46 lost  At this point he has lost 35 units plus his original 1 unit he wants to win giving him a dividend of 36.  36 divided by 35= 1.02 so he must round up to 2 units on each of the 5 numbers.

L-35/46=2x5=56 lost
L-35/56=2x5=66 lost
L-35/66=2x5=76 lost
L-35/76=3x5=91 lost The dividend is more than twice the divisor so he bets 3 units on each number.

L-35/91=3x5=106 lost
w-35/106=3x5=121 WON-108 back=Minus 13 A win finally.  I say finally because he should win once every 7.4 spins and we've lost 13 times in a row.  Counting the 15 units we just bet we were down 121 (120 + the 1 we want to win).  A win betting 3 units on a number is 108 units.  That leaves us still -13.  We continue.

L-35/13=1x5=18 lost  Note that the new dividend is the 13 units we are down.

L-35/18=1x5=23 lost
L-35/23=1x5=28 lost
L-35/28=1x5=33 lost
L-35/33=1x5=38 lost
L-35/38=2x5=48 lost  Time to increase our bet to 2 on each number.

L-35/48=2x5=58 lost
w-35/58=2x5=68 WON-72 back=4+1={5} Profit  Another win.  Counting the 10 units we were betting on this bet, we are down 68 units and we win 72 units which gives us a profit of 4 units.  He made a minor math error.  At this point we reset to our 1 divided by 35 for another attack.

thanks for explaining GLC.  Seems like a good method. you playing this yourself?

This is simply one of the best strategy i had read on this forum.
Thank you GLC for displaying this little gem and thanks of course to Lanky.
I will give this system a go.

we not recover here? if i got hit with 6 units per number.

Sorry, I don't understand your question.  Forgive me for being a little old and slow.  If you explain more, I can answer more rationally.

In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

after this lose spin: 196   5.6 we bet 6units per number. So total we are down 226 units. We got hit: 226-(36x6)=-10units. Correct?

Correct.  Your next bet will be 10 divided by 35.  Hopefully your next hits will come soon enough to put you in profit territory.

Actually Lanky's example was a very good run of spins for the system.  They won't all be so agreeable.

This is not 100% winner.  The safety brake is encouraged along with a reasonable stop loss.
