Hi cht,
Quote
Ps. For those who want to use this file for actual play, you'll notice the result column is slightly incorrect. I forgot to update it for actual play. You can make the necessary amendment or make a request on here if need.

I noticed that straight away. Not being an excel person, any chance you can amend it so it does the 1-1 ; 2-2 betting results correctly? Thanks.
I also want to see if I can apply Steven1212's betting and bankroll methodology to it as well by trying 30 sessions just to see. I've been busy last few days so need to swot up on how to play it like that with the correct amounts...

The MM is good, but it's nothing withouth a bet selection. Using it on any double dozens will not bring positive results on the long term. I believe steven is having success with it because in sports you can have good bet selection. No MM will save you if your bet selection is not superior, i.e, it must win flat betting.

If you have 50% win 50% loss you will won a lot of money. You only need a 38% win rate to break even. If you can’t achieve this, quit gambling.

Hi cht,

Playing ADD revisited (double dozen)

My risk per session = 1-1, 2-2 = total 6 units at risk.
So I stop session after 2 consecutive losses. (-6)
Not all losing sessions will be the full 6u (depending on any previous wins accrued of +1)
I therefore try and win each session to +6
Aim is to try and get more winning sessions than losing ones.

Real Session #1 = +6
(6 wins on 1st bet; 4 wins on 2nd bet; 4 no bets; total spins=43)

How to apply Steven's rules?

Sound like an interesting system. A 6 unit session is good because you can achieve volume. Can you tell me about the system ?

Apologise for the errors, they're corrected and now made it playable.

Notes -

1. PLAY prompts you to play at that row. The doz to bet against is the number in the next column right of PLAY
Eg. PLAY 1 - bet on doz 2 and 3

2. [a] If Result1 = WIN1, it means the bet won and stop bet
[a] If Result1 = LOSS1, it means the bet loss follow on to bet next spin against the doz shown in the row below on the right of LOSS1

3. Steven's MM does not have a session loss target. He plays each session to either lose the entire progression then stop or hit the win target.

[1] For 1-1, 2-2 progression, WIN1 counts for +1, LOSS1 WIN2 counts for 0 and LOSS1 LOSS2 counts for -6

Every session stops when the count either reach +6 or LOSS1LOSS2 which gives a session result of whatever earlier win +count -6

[2] For 1-1, 3-3 progression, WIN1 counts for +1, LOSS1 WIN2 counts for 1 and  LOSS1 LOSS2 counts for -8

Every session stops when the count either reach +8 or LOSS1 LOSS2 which gives a session result of whatever earlier win +count -8

4. [a] If the br is set at 10% of balance, then the starting br for 1-1, 2-2 progression is 6x10units = 60
    (b) If the br is set at 10% of balance, then the starting br for 1-1, 3-3 progression is 8x10units = 80

5. Remember, the stake is calculated based on the starting balance of each session x 10%

You make the choice whether you use 1-1, 2-2 or 1-1, 3-3 and the MM %br per session is also your choice to make.

Hope this is clear, let us know your results. Thanks.

It’s very simple. Do you want me to explain ?

Yes please...
On a +6 winning session should I increase by 10% of new bank total to get the stake unit for both of the bets?
On a loss do I then calculate 10% of the current total bank?

Wait. None of the above.
First of all I didn’t understand completely what system you’re playing. Can you describe it here quickly in your own words so I understand and so I can tell you what’s the best money management to apply ?

A.
Assume your starting bankroll is $1000 and session br is set at 10%, 1st session br = $1000x10% = $100
Stake per bet $100/6 = $16.6

Your example -

6 wins on 1st bet; 2 wins on 2nd bet; 1 no bets; total spins=28
6 x $16.6 = $99.9(approx$100)

New br balance = $1000 + $100 = $1100

2nd session br = $1100x10% = $110
Stake per bet $110/6 = $18.3

And so on.........

Sounds correct. Although I can’t confirm until I understand well the system but sound correct
