I've just checked it on BetVoyager and the only way u can deposit and withdraw money are through Neteller and Skrill.
The only wire transfer option BV offers is through Skrill.

I just see the BV depositing page and in my account they offer these types of deposits, including MasterCard & Visa.

Jumping in here late I know, but my recommendation is to not use Skrill (Moneybookers).  They are thieves IMHO, worse than the worst online casinos.  This is the reason they changed their name from Moneybookers, their reputation got so bad. They will put you through hoops trying to get your identification documents accepted so that you can withdraw your money.  If you are one of the lucky ones you will have your money a few weeks after you get it there from your casino, if you are unlucky you will not get it at all. They will put all sorts of obstacles in your way to not pay you.   I spent 3 months trying to get $3000 from them.  The usual answer was that my documents were not clear enough.  I got this answer 5 times.  Then the documents were too old, which was a lie.  How can a current passport be too old?  They have a procedure where if you query their answer you get put on the end of a queue, then you have to wait about a week for them to get to you again, they give you a quick answer of not good enough, please resubmit documents.  From the complaints I have read this is a standard answer. The trouble is when you resubmit they put you on the end of the queue again and you have to wait another week.  They want your money as long as they can keep it. 

Neteller on the other hand I have never had a problem with.
