Maybe you can play code 6 code 4 style and wait for the first 2 numbers to match and then use a 4 step progression.

Example

2c1a3b
3a1a2a
1a<<<<<<< this is where you would start your 4 step progression because the first 2 numbers match the first 2 numbers of the first row. This may take a bit of tracking to match the first 2 numbers but I believe it's worth the testing because this trigger might give very very long winning streaks.

I think the plan is simple
