Problem loading smartlive.

fun mode, not load anymore, anyone have this problem?

No more fun mode  at smartlive available  here in the USA.  Can no longer observe the action at their live wheels either.

No access for me too. It's 4am in London now & maybe somewhat off peak & they are doing some work on their system ?

Intermax - I haven't played there for many months but if they haven't changed their times, Live dealer went 21 hours per day(s). 9am through to 6am the next day/morning. So there is a 3 hr time break each day = 6am to 9am. The non dealer games, as always go 24/7.

Probably a waste of time, yes. I'd check again after 9am London time. Meanwhile as an alternative perhaps you might like to have a look at Party Casino ?

You'd need to signup (free) to look & their computer program is a bit pushy (partial blocking) if you don't deposit any money. Plenty of choices live dealer & auto & their live dealer table limits are way better than Smart Live & faster spin cycles. All the best if you go with that.

Thank you for your suggestions and info . Some months ago I tried to join partycasino but they forbade because I lived in Hong Kong. So my choices of online casinos are very narrow. BTW, recently smartlive has removed the low limit auto wheel, it will be more expensive to play live roulette, really not a good news to many players.
I can only wait now....

Intermax - Yes the restrictions are hard to understand ? Paddy Power seems good but both Hong Kong & OZ are 2 of many on the restricted list ?

Perhaps DublinBet is open to you ? They also have Lucky Live in their stable, so maybe that too ?

Just signed up at dublinbet and luckily they accept players from Hong Kong. Paddypower looks attractive but also do accept Hong Kong player. Smartlive is now OK, but they did not explain the down time.

Hi Aus and Inter,

been trying to load smartlive for a few days now ( to play in free mode). what happens is,it start loading and configs and everything else, and then says wrong user.
Now i'm not signed in as only like to test,if joined can you still play free mode,will they block after a while as NO MONEY be played.  Like in bookmakers when cheap spin for a while(cover the six d's), you start to get the green devil appear,coincidence or spyware

Yesterday i got "Wrong User!", today i get "Wrong Company!".

Normy do you use free play only, i did, so perhaps there blocking people.
