How many spins maximum for 18 numbers to appear filling 1/2 the board?

That was the burning question! Here I'm actually searching for 19, which gives us the max for 18. Final result after 1 million spins still to come. Here's up to 2,000:

I got 44 max over 100,000, but the 1 million test is quite difficult to run.

Let's assume the values you present here are roughly the same for 1 million spins. How do you sugest to fit this info into a play method?

It's seems not viable... you could play max 11-15 sets per day and make about 150 units, but you would have to risk at least 1,000 bankroll.

I'm going to resume work on my other systems - but the 18 number question did make me curious..
