Hi guys!
Has anyone taken part in roulette tournaments? I just saw an advert on a different forum and am thinking of going into it, although the entrance cost is 20EUR - a bit too much no? What are buy-ins like, normally (in roulette tournaments)? I only played in slots tournaments before and those are free.

My opinion is, don't pay for it. I know which tournament you read about, the casino sent me a free ticket last week.
There were like fifty tournaments last year, and I can tell you that one needs to be extremely lucky to win something. Most players bust their roll in 10 minutes, and a very few guys will hit everything with the biggest chips.
Just imagine, the starting bankroll is 10000, you can play for 20 minutes, max bet is 1000 outside, 200 on a single number if I remember correctly. Some players will have a roll of 300k+ by the time they finish. The payout structure is terrible, most of the prices are just bonus money. I once accepted about â,¬120 bonus, had to wager around â,¬7000 in a few weeks. I failed to do that, so they took the bonus amount, and everything I won during the wagering period! So at the end my tournament win cost me â,¬200. The house always wins.
These are just my opinions of course, to many people the â,¬20 or 200 is worth it for some fun, but sadly I don't make that much in a week.

Ok that's quite different from the "easy money" opinion above lol :))
Yeah I agree with bonuses, so far my experience with them has been terrible, I never manage to meet the requirements in time, or just give up because it would take too much time.
But I think the cash (not bonus money) prizes in tournaments are wager free, right? They have quite a few cash prices in the payouts from what I can see on their website..
Funny thing is, it says there are 130 winning places, but only 30 people registered so far, this means everyone gets a prize anyway (and quite a good one), right? Hehe  :D

Hey Genius,
Could you please explain why it is easy money? :)
Although I guess this no-zero roulette gives you a good chance to win? That's what my maths friends are telling me

Casperito

Ok I decided to give it a try and I can see why it's easy money myself   :xd: I just bet a significant amount on a single number and wait for its turn.. sooner or later it comes and I win big! Thank God for this tournament lol :D

Lullozzo

I have partecipated and win 100 Euro.

Sorry for this post but I need to write something to receive my winnings in the com tournament to prove that the money is real.
It's a 3 day tournament with a â,¬30000 prize fund.
Thanks everyone, I better go get my cash.

Steve

Did they ask you to spam before you get paid?

Yes, the winners have to make at least one publication of the winning to get their money.

I guess this was one of the rare cases where the house didn't win. There were 130 places paid, but only about 70 players entered the tourny, so everyone won. I too have won, although it's not credited to my account yet.

Steve

That is a parhetic rotten term and you can tell them the condition just damaged their reputation. Maybe we need to ban their links too

The last thing they want on this roulette tournament is me and some guys from this forum

foxy22

I've just won some money in the BetVoyager.com tournament. The winnings are wager free, but instead I have to post something about it on a forum to prove that it's real and that's it!! I quite like the idea!

It was really fun.  I got the 35th place, so my winning was 200 euro, wager free!!
:) :)
