Clues of a system

In my Country there is a Roulette forum(there is a new post every 3 months lol)
 There was a member 58 years old that had posted some clues of a winning system(at least that is what he was claiming,and he hasn t posted since then ...this was 4 years ago).
All his clues had the exact same concept as the CWB of the win3mill.(this member was NOT Charles and this is for sure,because it was posted way before the win3mill site was made)

The clues:

1)Roulette can be beaten ONLY with MATHS.

2)My system is winning 99.9% of the times and if you will do the MATHS you will see that this is the case

3)I am not betting on RED or BLACK or INSIDE BETS .I am betting on outside bets(in my country the outside bets are the ECs and the DOZs and COLs...so the conclusion is that he was betting the DOZs or the COLs or both of them)

4)My system is based on 3 consesutive spins and not on just 1!!!!!!!!!!

5)I have a winning target of 10-15 chips in every visit.

6)The BR needed is about 40 chips

7)I don t use progressions

8)This system needs great patience

9)You must never go outside of the system...in other words don t play guess work but  stick ONLY  at the bet selection.

10)in 2 years of play I have lost all the BR only 1 time

11)the only way to lose with this system is only if the casino will scam at me with fake resaults

12)Casinos are not afraid of the 1 night  BIG winners but there are afraid of the regular winners

A long time ago there were some players that had some systems that was playing every night and were winning some chips and were leaving the Casino almost always with +.
The Casino manager had spoted these consistent small winners and when he was informed that  they were visiting the Casino,he was meeting them in the enterance and he was giving them 100 euros(this was their winning target) and was asking them to leave....

CAN you belive this story???

The problem is that this 58 yo member,1 year before posting this clues he posted this:

Roulette can be beaten for sure!!!
You can know what number to bet exactly in the next spin!
When I 1st find it I couldn t belive in my eyes!
I am 58 yo player and I am banned from all the Casinos!!!!

So If he was banned from all the Casinos...how  could he post these clues about the winning method that he was playing for 3 years???

I just leave all these to you

ps.My conclusion is that he is a Spike or Gizmotron type of Character...lier and full of fantasy!

So he plays the Dozens and Columns

Session = 3 spins

Let's say he bets on a same Doz for the whole session (3 spins)

And switches to another Doz only after a session has ended or gets a hit in the middle of a session
(it doesn't matter which Doz he selects as long as he keeps switching them)

Also, let's say he's using a mild progression

And let's say he uses the same betting unit throughout a whole session

But adjusts that betting unit only after a session has ended (3 spins) or after a hit

Well, and to maximize his profits, he plays both Doz & Col separately using an independing progression for each

Hmmm, just thinking out loud here. I might give it a try.

It doesn't make sense when you state you know what number to bet next spin.  Than he states he can beat the game with math and an outside bet.  So 2 complete different stories.
