I can usually tell if a wheel is biased, on sight, and within a few minutes.  However, I must collect spins in order to confirm my observations and in order to determine specifically on which numbers to bet under various playing conditions.

If the multi player game is real spins you should be the champ, cowboy.

1. There's no way to see the multi game wheel in person. So it's not possible to play VB and it's not possible to instantly defect spot for bias. 
2. It's a combination of several different wheels, not just one.

The game is actually entertaining and there is a strategy that could be used to theoretically beat it, if it's data from live wheels collected by individuals.
