I have found with the W Hill slingshot it's not uncommon for it to report the previous bet was not placed.

Progressive bettors take note!

I have had the same problems as esoito on this slingshot version.
I was playing with Ladbrokes a few weeks ago and about 3 times in the space of an hour, it rejected my bets. I was flat betting and was not really worried. However, if you were at a crucial stage of your progression and it did not accept the bet, you would be pretty peeved if you missed a winner.
To be honest, I can't say I am particularly keen on this version. Not a big fan of the autowheels in general.
