Yes if something happened like a member using an alias account to give themselves rates, which would be kinda sad anyway, or there were the same two or so people constantly and obviously giving rates for nothing. But you know these rates shouldn't be taken so seriously in any case.

The multi user name is of no interest to me. Should we EXPLAIN as to why "thumbs up" are given? If I liked a certain post, isn't that my definition as to why?

This is getting ridiculous.

If a member likes another members post, why not just simply have a like button? If a member don't like another members post, then he/she could

1. Ignore it and move on to better things in life.

2. Express how they feel by posting

Having emotion buttons, especially the middle finger one, will just make things more worse around here then it already is.
