Dozen alone can easily not appear for 18 times let alone with a repeat. I would advise to test this thoroughly

Biggest i've seen on live wheel ( smartlive, if it was not a video clip) is 34. On the same day possibly 40 spins later,it did it again, know this as brother had a mate betting the missing dozen with a 4 corner bet. Incidently he was 20000 units to the good, but he started to get the long losing runs of 11+ so took under 10000 and left alone.

Anyone know of longer, Okay what does the math say out of curiosity?

maths can't give you a MAXIMUM number of times that it will miss a dozen. Or as they will say "it can THEORETICALLY miss INFINITE times. For ever"  But what it can give you is percentages of how probable is to miss for each specific amount of times
Every spin the chance to miss the dozen in European Roulette is 25/37 = 0.6756 or 67.56% So

Miss 1 time: 67.56% ( or 1/0.6756 =once every 1.48 spins)
Miss 2 times: (25/37)^2 = 0.4565 = 45.65% (or 1/0.4565 =once every 2.19 spins)
Miss 3 times: (25/37)^3 = 0.3084 = 30.84% (or 1/0.3084 =once every 3.24 spins)
Miss 4 times: (25/37)^4 = 0.2084 = 20.84% (or 1/0.2084 =once every 4.79 spins)

...etc... so. rounded up

Miss 5 times = once every 7 spins
Miss 6 times = once every 11 spins
Miss 7 times = once every 16 spins
Miss 8 times = once every 23 spins
Miss 9 times = once every 34 spins
Miss 10 times = once ever 50 spins
Miss 15 times = once every 358 spins
Miss 20 times = once every 2542 spins
Miss 24 as Mogul said = once every 12K spins
Miss 34 as notto said  = once every 615K
Miss 50 times = once every 326M spins

 1) I am not sure if this signature work as i did not test it - but here it is ...
Turbo Genius made a two dozen system where you track the last four hits and play the two oppisite dozen on a rolling basis.

2) Then i notice you get alot of two loses and three loses in a row where the hitting dozen repeat.

3) With Marigny Grilleau you have singles contra series of three, where singles has the value of 1 and series of two the value of 0 and series of three the value of 1.
Lose, break even or win playing two in a row - ...

4) I don't have the progression for winning two in a row using dozen - but i have the progression for even money bets.
For EC you have a 30 to 36 step progression with 3 levels - Think what you could do with dozen progression.

5) Another method is to wait for two dozen to hit then play the third one for three steps - then two dozen has to hit 5 times in a row or more on regular basis with repeating cycles.
As you can develop many steps using negative progression with three steps into many different levels.

Why not just play this signature on a rolling basis looking for a win (trigger) , and bet for a single second win?

You could have several of these going @ once (4 different triggers x 2 options (dozen/column)= 8 different triggers).
