This looks like the worse case scenario to me
Only fault is you bet BC on line 12, when it should have been no bet, not that it would have helped this sequence.
How are these spins generated?

As i understand, these numbers are supplied to steve from players who use is equipment,  so should be live spins,

Let me see if I can word my thoughts on the bets.
A bet comes from 2 spins, i.e. when we start we have spin1, 2 could be A, C. Bet is B, D, we get A, B, win on B.
Bet is now C, D, win with D, spin 5, as plus, spin 6 no need to bet. Spins 5, 6, are D, C, so bet is for A, B. We get spins 7, 8 D, C, lose. We still show 2 different, so spin 9, 10 will be the same, A, B, we get D, D, now with 2 the same, we have a no bet situation.  At this point we have had spins of 2’s.
So spins 11, 12 is tracking for 2 different.  Spin 11 is A, now this is the point that needs to be understood, spin 10 is D, part of previous 2 spins, spin 11 is A, giving 2 different, so is D, A, valid as 2 different, but now the 2 spin sequence has changed, could we say we’ve overlapped 2 separate, 2 spin sequences, which is wrong, we have to wait for spin 12 for the chance to see if becomes 2 different.
That’s why I bet spin 12, so I should not have bet at spin 12, but waited for the 2 spin sequence to see if it would become 2 different, which it did, but the next 5 spins remain the same.
So the 2 spin sequences always consist of spin 1, odd and spin 2, even, thus always our 2 spin sequence. 1, 2 - 3, 4 - 5, 6 - 7, 8.
In spins 11-20 at 12 we see C and 13 is C, so as 2 separate 2 spin sequences, we ignore, same for 14&15
I know the above seems daft but we need hard set rules.
A spanner in the works
At spin 11 is the no bet, spin 11-12 now gives A,C so we bet for B,D in spins 13 -14, which is A,C so now would it be a good time to stop, as A,C might continue. Look at spin 53 in the 152 spin game,

Let's see when the software realises the system is a winner. for the software to realise won't it need the programmers to change it, are you the only player on W.H or multi player, so if they change program for your bet, might they not open up for someone else's method, is it possible for them to cover every known bet scenario

Dont bet at home always go to their shop, which is inspired gaming, atleast the FOBT does show its close to the LOTT, Luck of the Irish's 500,00 cycles. I use to have 60 spins as my record sheet shows, but find best to get of before 40th spin if you can

Of course you adapt these systems to suit your needs and gains, my personal preference is to be a bit more aggressive, my testing so far as all been positive,never once been close to losing BR.
However I think when playing live wheels for real money ,you get the feeling when to be a bit more conservative.
This system WILL win alot more than loses, but that's not to say the first time you play for real, you could get that run of spins that could do a lot of damage before you've started.
I don't think I've played a more profitable system, that's why I really wanted to share it.
