     here i was working out the amount to stop on and missed this the bet on 12 d and would have had the units to stop, so carried on and thought had the chance now going to go down

This method needs a rate of its own, i'd give it a silver star, if the success rate keeps coming then i'd up it to a gold star.

On MPR i have just watched the spins and watched the same 2 build and then jump in, but the game posted you can see a,d went from spin 42 till spin 51, so when would one start, 50% stop loss = 1-2-3-5-8-13-21-34 (522 units) this is the Law's post, so could  8 spins then go, or just stick to the rules RD gave?

Personally, I think the 50% loss is just asking for trouble. We've all seen progressions go south looking for a method that is bulletproof.......our own Roulette Hubris

I would look at each game as win or lose roughly 20%, so if you win more games than you lose, then you're in the black.
