Do we know if the mat layout changed when the German casinos decided to do away with the double zero.
Was #'s 10,11 both black, back then?

Reason ask, when they where making the euro ring of 37 numbers, ?, what came 1st? the mat or the wheel.
If the mat was just red/black, take #1, red, then all odd would be red, blacks be even, so 5 red,yes, 10 black,yes, 11 would be red. So what came 1st mat or wheel.
So you can see the problem they had, not to leave an advantage somewhere.
Is there one be it on mat or wheel, have they made a mistake that no one has seen,yet?
