Lack of capital is not an insurmountable problem.

Practical roadblocks are a lot harder to overcome, example the strategy may require more than one person.

I have taken that challenge up on my own. That's why I'm still in the "searching for a grail" phase. 

I think that most forum members would like a mentor. But the value/secrecy aspect of the grail makes it difficult
to trust anyone. A few members who have claimed to have an HG have graciously left pointers as how to find the grail.
It's still a very formidable task.

Actually, it's been done before.
Charles Hampshire created his own website, Win3million, and he recruited 64 members to join his team. Each member contributes 10% of his winning to the "club", which is used to build schools in Ethiopia.

How do you get from Zero to Hero?

Lets see id:
1. get a time reduction at my current job from full time to maybe 30-34 hours a week.
2. always play with a fraction of my wealth as even a HG can loose (at least partial).
3. Invest majority of my winings in something safe (like in my region real estate morgage bonds gives a nice 2-5% yearly & is considered a extremely safe investent)
4. stay under the radar by playing multiple casinos/sites instead of just one. Perhaps loose a tiiiny bankroll from time to time on purpose.
5. continually check for new places/sites to play that is compatible with the HG.
6. if the HG is "easy" to do then perhaps "hide" it by doing random small bets to mask it better from public eyes.

Oh if you need idea on how to "stay under the radar" in casinos i suggest checking out Michael Morgenstern (Blackjack cardcounter) on youtube. He has a couple of video on how he sneaks in disguise into casinos even thou he is banned, "playing bad/dumb"when the pitboss is looking, have someone else who can cash out etc.

I found out the hard way i'm the last 10 years. What i learned from that Experience is that you can't win every Battle in roulette, but it is possible to win the roulette world War by in the End winning More then you lose.
Example: like me playing cycles, i can't Always win every cycle, but i know that i play Long enough i Will be in profit, is it playable in a real casino? Well if you are Lucky, but if you need 300-400 spins to win and End the game then online is the best place.
