The ball bounced.  So what, it happens.    Have you plotted a scatter profile for the wheel?  You should.  Plot around 500 to 1000 spins.  I doubt the video quality is good enough to accurately see where the ball smacks the deflectors on the apron each spin, but give it a try.

Regarding ball release:  in the US the ball is not usually released from the last number spun.  Again, no big deal.  It's good that you're attempting to make some kind of reference to the position of the ball in relation to the rotor, but surely you can see an obvious solution to your problem.
(Psst...look later in the spin.)  Regardless, you're not going to beat an online wheel playing that way.

Playing online is a fools game.  Get out, and go to a real casino.  Online casinos are reserved for the young, naive, and addicted gamblers.  Consistent winners have their accounts frozen and are banned.

i am using a software to predict the winning sector.

you can see this is the software i use, it 's on the right side.. here it predicted that the winning number should be in this spot (16,24,33)... notice the ball drop in the image.


in fact, winning number was 33

1. Collect a ball scatter profile.
2. Determine how long the ball is on the track.  Just knowing where the ball is released likely isn't going to be enough to get an edge.

You should be able to handily make a prediction, and faster, without that software.

VB is ok but you can't guarantee it will always work

i am now considering to move to bet365 tables.

I am not familiar with bet365 tables, i noticed that the ball is bit bigger than the evolution gaming tables.
