Show spin graphically in groups of 3.

Good for seeing when not to bet.

Eighty- four and counting.  Is age an excuse?

Hi Ross,
the pictures look good.
Please tell us what is SD, AD, NTG  :question:
Tnx

Ross

SD = Standard Deviation
AD = Average Deviation

Not really useful in this context.

NTG = Numbers to Go - number of numbers to
complete next group of 3 numbers.

SD = Standard Deviation
Standard Deviation should be in this range:

sigma = Standard Deviation

Ross

Why should the SD be within a certain range?

SD of what?

Which axis is sigma?
Eighty- four and counting.  Is age an excuse?

If you use mathematical terms then you should use the mathematical definitions.
Especially as programmer.

The internet is full of infos. Find out yourself:
Standard Deviation
Variance: the usage of this word in this forum is sometimes ridiculous
Binomial distribution
Normal distribution

these are well defined words
using them wrong shows ... (fill out by yourself)

Funny to listen to this conversation. Ross is right in saying that SD need not be writhin a range. The correct picture, the bell graph will not touch the x axis.

And you are 200% right herby. Usage of the term variance here is ridiculous most of times. They do make me laugh.

Ups, my fault.
The absolut value of  the SD can be somewhat,
I am used thinking in normalized values, they should not exceed +- 6 sigma.

Sorry Ross, my failure.
