I already tried play this way.

I realized that most players without knowledge play this way. If that worked all players would be doing it for a living or the baccarat tables would be removed from casinos.

No offence to the way anybody else plays, but trust me, Andre is right! The so-called long Banker/Player streaks are not the easy way to making a living at Baccarat.
There is a reason my local Casino has a Banker promotion running non-stop where the person who has the most consecutive Banker wins at the end of the week wins a big prize (sometimes in the thousands).

What if you encounter 3 loses and shoe is over?Do you start a new progression or will try to finish progression from the previous shoe?

When this happens it is always a risk. It's a personal choice. I'd rather start a new progression.

Pay attention to shoes. Never start betting when you realize that the shoe will soon run out.

Always look for a balanced shoe.

You simply must say/show the main idea, but only in idea level. For example, say Blackjack, if we say, that we win because with counting cards detect the situation where we have the advantage and because of that in these moments we bet much more - we say the main idea, but really say nothing...
Similar is with roulette - usually, peoples know that with bias, or VB play player can have significant advantage and are many descriptions of VB and bias play, but how much are peoples who practically can use all that in play?  Maybe enough hand fingers to count all in all world...
