And so im taking a harder stance against trolls. If anyone is clearly trying to start trouble or annoy someone, report them.

It isn't a license to cry about someones opposing opinion, or someone not believing you. Just when it's obvious someone gets off on the drama, and can't act like an adult, they'll be warned and ultimately moderated. For more blatant cases, there won't be a warning.

Ill write a clearer set of guidelines for mods.

Could be drug money too or even cash after a week close of a store. ...could be anything.  Girls like to show of with their bodies, guys do it with cars and money. Dont get fooled.

I made a video of $50k cash count to make fun of a scammer that made a video of much smaller amount. Cash display is a scammer trick. So is showing things like expensive cars that are probably hire cars. Real proof is testing before buying, not multiple photos of the same cash in different places. Cash probably from his life savings, of scamming people.

Kanam you are wasting time and need to report the scam as suggested.

They will  probably tell you to report to your local police first, then it will be referred to them. That's how most international complaints are handled. It will easily be forgotten unless you follow-up to ensure they get off their ass. I've been through it before, been scammed many times.
