It's easy to criticize. But be honest with yourself, and you'll likely find all rules are balanced and justified for a productive forum, and the only posts that get moderated are because of of the rules. They arent nazi rules. They're very simple and fair.

Taotie posts with many IPs. All legit, all from Australia.

He isnt associated with any other name. One slip up is all it takes where a VPN user forgets and it is caught in our records.

That inevitably happens. It has happened perhaps 5 time that i know of.

We have no way of detecting a link between users if their 2nd names are on a VPN

Ive known him a long time. I like him... I have a similar sense of humor, but he is more bold 

IMO, his wide range of posting (including wind up merchant) leaves me wondering why he needs a 2nd name when he just posts what he feels like posting anyhow.....no holds barred.

If I see someone with 2 names I politely ask which one they want to keep so I can ban the other. Its not allowed at all. Period

Madi, the leaderboard is nothing to do with forum, IMO.

But Taotie or is it Bombus or whatever aka's he's had; do you remember i got moderated for a picture i put up of what Taotie was and soon got pulled down

I've been  reading more than 15 years in several forums.
So I can say some types of people are the same everywhere.

About 1% of the people are to a degree of illnes self over esteemed.
They have to be moderated .

Since moderation this  forum tends to be better.
