That's not the wheel speed.  The distance between 19 and 36 does not represent wheel speed.  You're just graphing the dealer's signature yardage.  That method is as old as the hills.
I'm beginning to think that there's a translation problem between English and your native language.  You're just not understand what wheel speed represents.

Can you instead post the graph of your predictions?  Meaning a graph that represents the distance in pockets between your predicted number and where the ball actually lands?
