Some crazy French bloke worked it out years ago while doing an insane mathematical experiment. After that some sneaky American guy added an extra zero hoping no one would notice. To date it appears that no American roulette players have in fact noticed....go figure.

You mean roulette numbers on wheel,, why this order?
I think the order they try such way, that game should be random,,  means dealer also cannot changes easily randomness,,
So it's random in sense of numbers,   example some where low with high numbers,,, etc

I love the idea of 369 but if it isnt clearly increasing accuracy of predictions, it's not doing anything to help you win.

There MAY be valid ways of using the related theories. Just like there may be ways of using the golden ratio and Fibonacci. But it would need to be done the right way, and validated with proper testing.
