It doesn´t describe it accurately. After he started selling my idea, I didn´t publish any further hints and tricks. so it is just less than the basics.

Gutroulette is complaining about distribution of his document, which explains winkel's IP, although I understand Winkel already freely released that information.

Winkel, is anything in the document your perfected work? Ie something you havent published freely on forums before?

When i wrote the last post, i hadn't seen your threat yet. But it wouldn't have changed much, at this point.

My action to do the right thing has nothing to do with legalities. Its done by purely wanting to do what's fair. So i asked winkel for more information. I mean if youre selling his system, what gives you the right to complain? See my point?

Your threat to tell the courts shows you dont understand how the legal system works, or your rights here.

It is no distribution it is a give away!

It is more than 90% just quotes of my posts. He made the diagrams on his own but what I found out are just my words.
There is nothing new in it.
the only thing is, he recommends starting bets at 19-18, which I didn´t recommend.

1. Your content (or more precisely the forum owner of where you posted it, depending on the website terms), and

2. His content.

#2 is the problem. You can't use my forums to distribute this.

Of course i understand why you're angry.

If you want to stop him selling your words, just do something like a dmca takedown or complaint, depending on where he's selling it.

I'll soon remove your offers to distribute it.

So you have to remove his offer as well due to #1
or is selling stolen material not that offensiv as giving away material, which I got as a present?
