Technically you could also use muscle testing or the ideomotor reflex system (taught by Hasai Aliev: The Synchromethod) of the central nervous system, or finger dowsing to double check your insight for free.

When you are in a state of flow, ideally when you raise your hand in front of your body, just by thinking about the movement of either closing or opening the arms, the body should follow without voluntarily moving it.
It is a form of self-hypnosis. It signals when you are in a relaxed suggestible and altered mental state. That is the state you want to be  in for anything outside the box related methods.

I think most precog methods are best suited for online play, unless you do remote viewing to see the number in advance that you will play on demand, or an intuitive approach to play.

What was your conclusion with the HRV?
I guess you would want a slightly elevated heart rate, something that resembles a mild excitement or positive anticipation, but nothing overboard.

In my experience Hasai Aliev method works great for most people who try it. I learned it from my father.
I have not used it in context of gambling so far, especially not with combination with the indicator tech.
This is very recent stuff for me. I have a talent for coming up with new ideas and connecting the dots.
Albeit I suck with the implementation part. It is a classic untreated ADHD poor executive symptom I need to handle.
