Adiacent Streets system could work?

I was thinking a system that waiting 3 different numbers from 3 different streets, bet for next 3 spins, the adiacent (below and upper) streets:
for example:

---> bet for next spins :  0,4,5,6,7,8,9,13,14,15,19,20,21,25,26,27

4   5   6    bet this
7   8   9    bet this
10   11   12  <-------
13   14   15  bet this

25   26   27 bet this

I 've checked some spins and it seems to win more than it loose.. It should not be a progression so much high to play..

Could be interesting or someone have already know it ?

HI Your trigger seems works quite well
after trigger  following exactly your bet selection rules  prefer to bet NOT INSIDE NUMBERS AS YOU BUT single streets
so that means  less bankroll and more safe play
My tactic
tracking for trigger as you describe
then start betting for three consecutive spins
if  single street hit at the 1 or second bet stop and restart
if not after 3 consecutive loss stop and start tracking again
if lost 2 trigger or 6 bet stop and wait for virtual w after new trigger
then go ahead...
my money management very common D ALAMBERT PROGRESSION +1-1
bankroll no more than 400 units
I play 360 spins with +30 OR-100 as stop loss
60 units net profit

I'm trying in betting streets, Do you think that statistics change a lot in waiting for 3 different numbers or only 2 ? Imagine the repetitions or
considering two numbers from the same street :

4,35,5, for example,  4 and 5 are in the same street, I am trying to develop an excel that consider a new wait after the 5..

Another point I was dubt is if three streets appear adiacent.. For example 16,20,23, I was thinking to consider to bet the double street instead of the simple streets /13,14,15/ 25,26,27

HI again  I Forgot to mention something about trigger and maybe its important maybe not
16,20, 21 three different numbers but not from 3 different  single streets
so its trigger but not for me
why?
because every number must belong to different single street for me

7,22,26 again we have 3 different numbers from 3 different single streets but no trigger for me
why?
because 22 23 24   25 26 27  are consecutive streets
MUST BE A GASP BETWEEN  STREETS
