This is a straw man fallacy. I never said I was for socialism or think there is an endless supply of money. McDonald's profits are real; they are not magical/invisible/fake. It is actually really disgusting what McDonalds does to their employees. I worked 80 hours in a week at McDonalds and only got paid for 35 hours. I had to argue, and they made up some lying excuse about me not clocking in. It has happened to many people who work there.

What a child you really are. You go to the labor board and make a complaint. Working at MickeyD's is an entry level job. Owning a franchise is for capitalists that must pay thru the nose for government regulations and and employee taxes. You are expected to cook fries correctly and to fit into the assembly line or you are out of there.  You work these bottom level, entry level, jobs or you will be replaced. There are illegal aliens that want your spot. This is how the world works. You don't make life fair by getting the bottom fixed. Until you compete on the business owner level you are always counting on someone else to keep you solid. I just see you as an idiot that thinks fixing the bottom will make everything fair.  You want to fix things? Move up off the bottom.

I filed a complaint to the IRS and tried to see if I could get them in trouble in any way, but nobody cares/is too busy with other, more important investigations.

Honestly, I think you and a lot of people don't (know when they're being lied to). I used to always watch Fox News, but at least I could see when they were lying/exaggerating/distorting the truth.

I am honestly interested if you see this too. Do you? I don't want to fight with you or anything. I am not bothered if you see this, but just rationalize it as being okay, because perhaps you side with republicans on the major issues and these small lies don't mean much.

I am kind of bothered if you don't see this. For example, I used to watch The Five on Fox News daily. Then, I noticed that almost every other sentence or so (maybe every 3rd or 4th) was some kind of distortion of the truth or something of that nature (e.g., using exaggerations).

Unfortunately these days, majority of people are brainwashed and can only see one side of the coin. Being able to see things from different sides with minimal bias is rare and also a big sign of intelligence imo.

If you want some real investigate journalism , I recommend to check out Abby Martin, she did some amazing work on exposing the fucked up things Trump administration has done. She also done stuff on Clinton, Biden, etc.

That is the entire point. People want to dismantle capitalism in this country and I want personal attacks for retribution. So you try to keep civil when the cost for selling freedom down the road all comes home. Those chickens will come home to roost. The next thing you will see is localized militias. Just try to export what we are seeing in liberal cities to the suburbs. You will get little wars. This is domestic terrorism.
