U just recently said that the president can wave a magic wand and do whatever/just go above the law, like Obama did with Obamacare. So, why doesn't Trump overrule the democratic mayors if he truly cares about the violence?

There are specific laws restricting Trump from bringing the national guard into any state.  There were no laws restricting Obama from letting the "Dreamers" stay.

1. I do understand what you're saying about singles etc. I just know better and that your theories dont hold water.
