Firstly Nichedelico is definitely no scammer ...and definitely not in cahoots in any scams whatsoever..

Secondly if anyone pays £1000 for a system the whole system should be given not held back becouse of a trust issue ..it’s the internet after all..you have no idea who you can trust ..that just looks like an excuse when it loses

Thirdly seller gave you a partial refund and kept some money back..which seems fair by the sounds of it with the amount of time he’s spent dealing with you..

Fourth and last point..if you buy a system from anyone and it doesn’t work or you don’t understand how to use  the method properly..even with good explanations..just suck it up and lesson learnt...this is the chance you take ..
If it was a £50 system or less would there be such a major argument..

If you do not have  the money to spend on a system and have to lend it..simply don’t buy it...greed and gullibility seem to go hand in hand ..

1-Why nochedelico says that this system works, when in fact it does not? does this make you think?

2-There was a refund because I insured the payment, if I did not secure the payment, I would have kept all the money.
And do not tell me that you have the right to keep 300 euros for the time invested, because what he sent me could be sent in 5 min and explained in 10, everything else was time lost for him to receive all the payment.

Finally, someone else understood the sh*t on this forum! Everyone here pretend to know everything about roulette, but none of them (with very, very small exceptions) played this game for real or have any idea about the behaviour of the roulette.
