No blinking of eyes was allowed for extensive period of time. Tried with eyes closed and the results were as if randomly chosen. Added with touches did not help the focus either. How was your experience?

I understand, the not blinking method works but can be difficult.

If you research more into why not blinking works  you will arrive at hypnosis. So you must understand why hypnosis is so conducive for this ability. There have been many experiments looking at the role hypnosis plays in ESP.

I get the best results with my eyes closed and enter an alpha brain wave state.

Here's a demonstration of no blinking focus. Seems extremely powerful, he becomes one with the object. But I wouldn't do this. I'm slightly worried that what I do - staring at one point for long period of time - is also damaging my eyesight.
