Can someone Help please

Several years ago I ran across a system that was very interesting.  Unfortunately I can't remember its name.  It's not the usual ones, Labby, Marty etc.  I remember the basic concept was that you had to win four times in order to make a profit and that everyone wins four times.  I think if I remember correctly, one would list 4 numbers in a downward row,  I believe the author of the system was Asian.  He even had a web site where he shared it (never charged for it).  Any help would be really be appreciated.  It seemed to work quite well and I would like to revisit it.  Thank you
