To point out the obvious, the more unique numbers you have, the harder it will become to get another unique number, but the easier it will become to get a repeat. The more unique numbers there are, the higher the chance of winning, but the more numbers you have to cover. In fact, if you wait for 12 unique numbers, you will about the same chance of winning as if you just placed a bet on the dozens.

It seems like a fun game where you can turn the dials and tweak the inputs and some how get an edge, but in the end, it seems like no matter how complicated the system, it really just boils down to how many numbers are covered during the spin.
