Spinning the ball

Hello guys,

i am a casino dealer and i have a big problem at the roulette table.

i can´t spin the ball correctly. i know the technique and can execute it but if certain people are watching me i get a mental block.

if i have one "no spin" it is downhill from there.

can anyone give me a clue how to counter this mental block or maybe some tips for spinning the ball i would be really grateful.

it looks so easy...why i can´t do it?

please help me out
