Here is some information I thought would be helpful just in case you (or someone you know-or a loved one says you're in denial about) a gambling problem.

"Gambling problems are not at all uncommon, but some are so bad they can destroy lives. Either way you dont want to let it even slightly make you unhappy. Below are some suggested resources but you can always search for assistance locally:

Problems with gambling dont mean you weak - just that you let it go too far and it's very easy to do that. I'm no counselor but I've known many people with gambling problems and the worst thing you can do is try to win back your money. Irrespective of how you plan to win back losses, it is just the worst mentality to have. You are best to accept the loss as painful as it is. In a year or so it probably wont even matter anyway, but at least you'll have control back.

The typical signs of gambling problems are:

1. You are trying to play to win back losses
2. You are losing more than you can afford
3. Playing seems to make you unhappy, or you don't really enjoy it anymore
4. You have to hide it from others
5. You tend to gamble alone

Thanks for that.
I can tend to go overboard at times.
It's a funny thing.
I only gamble while I am work.
Let me just clarify that.
My current occupation is as a Taxi Driver.
So when I am bored. I play the Pokies/Slot machines.
Some times I win. I spend some $25 a day.
Sometimes more.
Fortunately I only work 2 days a week.
So it does not affect me to much.
However. There have been occasions when
I have come home with not much to show for it.
I try to keep the amounts down.
Especially when I have a goal I wish to achieve.
Is it a problem? Sometimes it is.
I get so depressed at times.
As I try and struggle to break free from the chains I seem to be in.
Not much seems to work.
That can at times put a damper on things.
I read...
Listen to positive stuff.
I like to write.
So I might do an book.
My greatest pleasure is in creating.
And so I spend most of my time working on RSS Pro.
Or using RBP V3 or Super Roulette.

Hardly ever gamble while I am at home.
I play Roulette online when I have extra money.
Sometimes I play Texas Holdem.
But not very often.

Not sure that makes me a compulsive gambler.
As compulsive means that they have lost control.
And can not wait to play again.

I play when I have extra cash to play with.
I try very hard to keep to that rule.

Well, just letting you know.
I am human...
And to err is human.
