The Casino wheel might well be in Costarica, but the software handling Ur bets and the Actual casino interface, is owned and managed by the Front end casino.

So ,lets just say the Actual wheel location is 'X'

And the following casino's all Use X's live video feed:- Casino A, Casino B, Casino D

One thing that I have noticed guys (and dolls),
is that the software for the bet placement, and calculation of the results,
is very often faulty, and gets discontinued frequently.

The dealer girls usually have to refer things to the Pit Boss,
at least once in their playing time slot!!

Sorry to have been absent lately.  Never enough hours in the day it seems!

Anyway, I wanted to make a quick comment on this.

First off, the dealer in question should not have made a comment like that for several obvious reasons, the main one being that the dealers are not necessarily aware of the gaming laws in Costa Rica.

Secondly Chrisbis is absolutely correct.  The software company, and their dealers, are not the decision makers on anything to do with the actual financial operations of the operators using their live game feeds.  For example, at Fairway Casino we make 100% of the decisions on how we operate our business, and I can personally assure you that all winners are paid out completely and promptly.  Please let me know if you ever hear differently - I haven't!

As for the final comment about "faulty" calculations of the results, that is completely untrue.  Every hand, spin, and transaction is completely documented and available on request. If we have a technical disconnect all bets are paid, and if we have a misdeal for any reason all bets are returned.  Yes, disconnects happen, but they are becoming less and less frequent as the software company continues to upgrade their processes.

Yes, one of the things players notice is the dealers from one casino may appear at anoter, but some do not know several casinos are only renting the video feed and don't really have any control on it.

Like a cable reseller, only getting the content from FOX, NBC, etc. but having absolutely no control over the actual shows.

Casinos and feed providers are two different companies indeed!

One more thing to ponder by the saavy player.
