Hello forum members.

I don't have allot of time so I will rarely post but thought this topic needed my attention.   You may also not like what I have to say.

Yes it is true at this time Roulette Bot Pro is not fully functional, but 90% of the casinos and features do work fully.   I am working on getting it fixed and working 100% but I have to wait for my programmer to finish the job.   He has school and many projects on the go so I do not have a timeframe as to when it will be fixed.   Just because it is not working 100% I will not take it off the market until it is fixed, that would be ridicules. 

People can get a 3 day free trial.   If they find any bugs then guess what. . . . . . . they don't have to buy it.  If they do buy it then they buy it knowing the working state it is in. 

As far as the sale price goes, yes sometime I will put on a special sale price.   I guess just because I paid  my programmer thousands of dollars to make the program, and the ongoing dedicated server fees, and hundreds of hours on site design and development, and the countless hours of customer services emails, etc, etc, etc, some people feel I do not have the right to set whatever price I want when I want.   Gee I am so sorry to disappoint those that feel that way.   (I am being sarcastic here)  It is my business and I do what I feel is best for the business.

If people are worried and complaining about paying a measly $50 more than a sale price then maybe they should not have bought the program in the first place.  If I sold the product for $1000 and then I had a sale for $50 I could understand people getting upset.   The product still has extreme value at $97 for anyone that paid that price.  Sales happen all the time online and offline.   Instead of wasting time and energy about paying more than a sale price those people should just get on with life and not be so negative.

Matt, sell your bot at whatever price you need, I purchased a bot playing live roulette wheel, and will be satisfied when I can do it again, I bought it doing something it does not do at the moment, I appreciate you touched the main reason which is Tiago, and that, I can understand it, but remember we are still customers, and as customers we must demand to have for what we payed.

Whoever from now on downloads you 3 day trial, as I did, and finds out he can't play on live roulette casinos and that's what that person is looking for, he won't buy it, maybe for your business its good to mention that first, suppose they don't use the trial and find out its not fully working for live playtech casinos, they will ask for a refund and maybe never trust you again.

I want this to work out for both, not bad intentions here. I could ask for a refund but I don't want to, I love the Bot and its worth more than 97 bucks. I just hope it gets fixed, that's all..and knowing Tiago for many years, I know he will work it out. Just make it clear here and hoping to close this subject.

Am just a customer that wants/needs/demands his right to fully enjoy the bot as it was purchased and advertised, and aside from there, I think the right thing for you as a reputable seller is to inform at the moment the bot is not fully functional, it will mean less work from you trying to explain everyone what's going on..just food for thought mate, have a wonderful evening, and thank you for taking your time to work this out,

At this moment of writing the website makes it VERY clear there is a 3-day, unrestricted trial.

If the potential customer is not satisfied after trying different methods at different casinos for which the bot is configured -- or for any other reasons --  then s/he won't purchase it, of course.

Simple enough.

[By the way, the trial has to be taken on 3 consecutive days. It does not mean a total of 3 days spaced apart.  I mention that to clarify any ambiguity.]

just a short not about roulette bot pro i used the 3 day trial a couple of months ago and found it very good  so i purchased it at the disconted price , after i paid for it i was unable to download the bot i was told it was my fault it was not working.  What i cannot understand is how it worked in the trial but wont work after purchase nothing on my computer has changed

WhaT Internet Security do U have on Ur PC?

I had this problem.

It was blocked by my internet security.

I see what Ur answer is before saying any more.

Its the McFee then that stops it.

Its called something like the Coegent or similar (maybe Connant)

I can't remember now, it was back in October last year, ( just checked),
but the history of items in my internet security only goes back 33 days.
I could ask them.

Its mainly due to the very low number of users of the software, (Roulette Bot Pro),
and the internet security software, blocks the bot from starting,
because it does not have any info on it.

Message Ur support (Internet Security), and ask them to remotely stop the software (I.S.) from blocking the bot.

U might have "Live" support. use them, mine were superb. Could not have done more for me.
And the tech guy just did it all remote through my laptop.

Thats what I had to do.
